Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (AST) are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across KSA. When the courier arrives:
- Inspect your package (you may open the outer packaging).
- Pay the total amount in cash (Saudi Riyal / SAR only).
- Please have the exact amount ready when possible.
- You cannot use the product before paying, even during inspection.
